People come to travel planning from very different places. Some have a clear destination and dates in mind. Others arrive with a handful of saved ideas, notes from an AI chat, or just a sense of how they want the trip to feel. Sometimes it’s a mix of all of the above.
There’s no “right” starting point. We begin by talking through what you already have, what’s drawing you in, and how you like to travel in real life. From there, we can sort, clarify, and build on those ideas until the trip starts to take shape in a way that feels both exciting and manageable.
My role is to take what you’re imagining and shape it into a trip that works smoothly in the real world. I help interpret ideas, narrow options, and make sure the pacing, timing, and transitions actually support the experience you want to have.
Behind the scenes, I coordinate details directly with hotels, tour partners, and cruise lines so expectations are clear and nothing gets lost along the way. I’m paying attention to the small things, how days flow together, how much movement is realistic, and where flexibility matters most.
Throughout the process, I’m here to refine, adjust, and advocate, so the trip you take feels aligned, well considered, and easy to settle into once you’re on the ground.
Whether a trip is simple or layered, my role is to keep the details aligned and the experience running smoothly.
I manage the logistics and coordination that make the trip work smoothly once it’s booked. That includes confirming accommodations and transportation, tracking details across multiple partners, and ensuring timing and transitions stay aligned as plans come together.
I’m your point of contact throughout, monitoring arrangements, handling changes, and stepping in when something needs attention. You don’t have to chase confirmations or troubleshoot on your own. The details are managed, so you can focus on the experience.
To plan well, I’ll ask you to be clear and candid about what matters to you. That includes how you like to travel, what feels comfortable, where you’re flexible, and where you’re not.
I’ll ask for timely decisions, honest feedback, and openness if something doesn’t feel quite right. Travel planning works best as a collaboration. When we communicate well on both sides, the result is a trip that feels considered, well paced, and genuinely yours.
Some trips involve simple and straightforward bookings, such as an all-inclusive resort. Others require more research, coordination, and hands-on planning. For trips that involve custom itineraries, multiple destinations, or added land arrangements, a planning fee applies.
Planning fees typically start at $149 and are always discussed upfront, before any work begins. The fee reflects the time and expertise involved in designing the trip, coordinating logistics, and managing details across multiple partners.
Travel suppliers such as hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators also compensate travel advisors for confirmed bookings. Planning fees are used when a trip requires additional work beyond booking, ensuring the time and care involved in shaping your travel experience are fully supported.
My role doesn’t end once everything is booked. While you’re traveling, your itinerary lives in a single, easy-to-use app where details are kept current, flight status is tracked, and updates can be shared in real time.
If something changes or needs attention, you have a direct line to me through the app. Because I already know your plans, preferences, and the partners involved, I can step in quickly and help resolve issues without you having to manage logistics or re-explain the situation. The goal is for you to stay present and enjoy the trip, knowing support is there if you need it.
People who enjoy being involved in shaping their trip, but don't want to manage every detail
Travelers who value thoughtful pacing, clear communication, and plans that feel realistic once they're on the ground
Clients who appreciate having a knowledgeable point person before and during travel, not just at the booking stage
Those who see planning as a collaborative process and value experience, judgment, and follow-through
This approach tends to work best for travelers who want support and structure, without feeling over-directed or overwhelmed.
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for instant quotes or fully self-service booking.
If it feels like a fit, the next step is to share a few details so I can follow up.
